All Holiday Weekends will be billed as a Saturday Event . Contact us for NYE and NYD Prices

No administrative fees or taxes will be applied to the stated pricing.

To ensure your preferred date is secure, a signed contract and initial deposit are required.

Deposits are 25% of the total estimated venue fee and are not refundable. Additional payment dates will be noted in your contract. The final payment is due 3 months prior to your event.

Day of Coordinator services: € 500.00/day + €175 Cleaning fees

Bridal 2 Suites rental fee: €1600.00

The rental consists of a 7 (seven-hour) event plus 4 (four hours) for clean-up (a total of 13 hours)

The venue fee includes the use of ….. round tables and ….. long banquet tables, 4 square 60x60 tables, one cake table (round) , and……chairs.

Maine ballroom located has a large built-in dance floor and a beautiful stage.

This room has 9 crystal chandeliers, 4 elevated platforms, lots of original custom crown molding and historical details.

Adjacent to the Main Ballroom you will find our Lounge.

This space is a masculine, yet romantic and beautiful fireplace will remind you of Versailles palace.

The vintage built-in bar was built back in 1850. A set 4 LEF window up lighting, Sonos speakers and beautiful crystal chandeliers are also included.

Our Pavillon de Florence is the perfect backdrop for your Ceremony or your “Speakeasy” Cocktail Hour.

We offer a red-carpet entrance, and the building will be light up in the color of your choice.

Our spacious and yet intimate 2 bedrooms 2 bath Royal Suite offers the feel of being in the finest home with the serenity and privacy you will love.

The Venue will accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down outdoor event and up to 40 guests for a cocktail’s receptions in Pavillon.
